LASALLE — The University of Illinois Extension will host a Bread Making for Kids workshop on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at the Extension Education Center and Community Teaching Kitchen at 944 First St. in LaSalle.
This hands-on workshop for youth ages 8-11, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon. Participants will be engaged in learning about bread and making homemade braided challah and twisted bread sticks from scratch to take home and share with others.
