OGLESBY — The University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener and Master Naturalist Programs, along with Illinois Valley Community College, will host an all-day spring seminar on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019, at the IVCC Peter Miller Community Technology Center.
This seminar, which is open to the public, will focus on a variety of horticultural and natural resources topics. The seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a keynote address by Brook McDonald of the Conservation Foundation, and will be followed by four educational sessions. Attendees will be able to choose one of four available classes per session. The seminar will conclude at 3:30 p.m. A registration fee of $40 includes the keynote address, four educational sessions, a continental breakfast and lunch.
