Two arrests have been made in Streator and Marseilles for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).
• The Streator Police Department and the Tri-DENT Drug Task Force arrested Leodis Jordan III, 30, of Streator at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 25 for two Class 2 felonies of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) following an investigation into heroin sales in Streator. During the investigation, Jordan allegedly delivered one gram of heroin to Tri-DENT on several occasions.
• The LaSalle County Sheriff's Department arrested Shannon M. Bailey, 30, of Marseilles on Jan. 26 for allegedly delivering heroin following an investigation into heroin sales in Marseilles.
